  • Identity and purpose after service

  • Civilian culture and communication

  • Career exploration and employment readiness

  • Financial transition and stability

  • VA benefits navigation

  • Mental health literacy and resilience

  • Family dynamics and community reintegration

The curriculum is designed to produce measurable outcomes and convert directly into scalable digital content.

One-Year Execution Roadmap

Quarter 1: Infrastructure & Pilot Preparation

  • Finalize curriculum and facilitator training

  • Establish clinical advisory safeguards

  • Build a Discord-based delivery environment

  • Recruit first cohort participants

Quarter 2: Cohort 1 Execution

  • Run the first 12-week cohort

  • Collect engagement, retention, and feedback data

  • Refine the curriculum and facilitation model

Quarter 3: Cohort 2 Execution

  • Implement improvements from Cohort 1

  • Expand outreach partnerships

  • Begin early grant and foundation conversations

Quarter 4: Cohort 3 Execution & Analysis
