Service Initiative

Outreach & Growth Strategy

  • Veteran service organizations and transition programs

  • Social and peer referrals within veteran communities

  • Strategic partnerships with employers, nonprofits, and foundations

  • Alumni engagement to support retention and long-term community building

The cohort model enables controlled growth while building a strong early brand reputation.

Long-Term Vision & Grant Readiness

The primary purpose of the Beta Pilot Program is not only to deliver immediate impact to participating veterans, but to intentionally position Future Warfighter Foundation for larger, multi-year grant funding and strategic investment.

Data, outcomes, and operational insights gathered during the beta year will be used to support applications for national and regional grants aimed at:

  • Digital platform development

  • Expanded program delivery

  • Organizational capacity building

By demonstrating validated demand, strong engagement, and measurable outcomes, the Foundation will meet the evidence thresholds required by institutional funders.

Pathway to Platform & Expanded Staffing

Upon successful completion of the beta pilot year, Future Warfighter Foundation will pursue funding to support:

Digital Platform Development

  • Veteran accounts and profiles

  • Structured discussion spaces

  • Resource library and recorded curriculum

  • Live event hosting for classes and Q&A sessions

  • Data dashboards for impact tracking

Expanded Staffing Model

  • Additional veteran peer facilitators to support scale

  • Program managers to oversee cohorts and content

  • Moderators for live Q&A and community safety

  • Technical support for platform operations

This expansion enables the Foundation to move from cohort-limited delivery to a scalable, national model while preserving the peer-led, trauma-informed approach validated during the pilot.
